Valens Construction are looking for a experienced Mechanical Supervisor for ongoing project in East London, Large office building refurb which will involve Demolition, first fix initially as the project develops and then 2nd fix.
Responsibilities & Responsibilities
- You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a residential scheme
- Manage and put to work sub-contractors teams
- Toolbox Talks, Daily Briefing, RAMS,
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company’s safety standards, practices and procedures and complying with legal regulation
- Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
- Good Knowledge of plumbing & ordering material
- Estimations and variations as required
Qualifications
- Have a Mechanical degree or professional qualification
- Relevant Skills card
- Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within construction industry.
- Health & Safety Training
- Previous Supervisory experience.
- Must have SSSTS or SMSTS and a valid Mechanical skill Card
